Out of town expenses: 31+miles from Austin
My painting prices are for bookings within a 30-mile radius of Austin Texas. When I finish painting very late at night and the journey to and from the venue is more than an hour each way, I shall require overnight accommodations, so that I can put all my energies into painting for you.
eg. *overnight expenses Houston/Dallas/San Antonio/250+ mi. : $600.
For venues greater than 250 miles, I usually fly in the day before and leave later on the day following the Event, but are relative to the time of the event. Flight accommodations and transportation are not included in overnight expenses.
